Central Horse News Unaffiliated Show Jumping Championship

Yes, it’s nearly here again…. our CHN Unaffiliated Show Jumping Championships are only a few weeks away! If you have qualified already, and sent in your registration card and deposit, you will now need to download, complete and send back your full entry with full payment, your biography details and stable booking. Your entries and stable booking can be made online, if you prefer, but don’t forget to send in your biography details too, so our commentator can tell us all about you and your steed! We have changed the schedule slightly from last year, and have decided to run the Team jumping competition on Friday evening. Entries for the Team Jumping close on Wednesday 5th May, and entries are limited, so please ensure you get your entry in quickly! Depending on entry numbers, each Championship class will be split into horses and ponies. We need at least 10 in each section to run a class split into horses and ponies.) Sue Carson Saddles Arena Eventing League |

Win a fabulous Sue Carson Comfort bridle worth over £150! We’re delighted to announce that Sue Carson Saddles are supporting a completely new series for our Arena Eventing in 2010. The Arena Eventing competitions were developed to provide our clients with an all-weather competition environment to prepare themselves and their equine partner for the Eventing season proper in the Spring. Now in it’s third year, we’ve decided to change things a little and have a league table series, which rewards those horse and rider combinations who perform consistently throughout the series!
How it will works; horse and rider combinations will be given two points each
time they enter, and complete a class. Then points will be awarded as follows;
10 for first, 8 for second, 6 for third, 4 for fourth, 2 for fifth, 1 for sixth.
The horse and rider combination who have gained the most points throughout
the series, in each section, will win a fabulous Sue Carson Comfort bridle,
worth over £150!

All Horse Fun Eventing Series - New series open to all riders! We're delighted to announce that All Horse magazine will be sponsoring our NEW Fun Eventing Series. The series runs from November 2009 to February 2010 and has been designed to reward those horse/pony rider combinations that perform consistently throughout the series, at each height. The courses, which are a mixture of show jumps and cross-country style fences, are designed to encourage those riders who maybe either a little nervous, new to the sport or those of us who just simply want to come out and have some fun! Entries are taken on the day and there's no need to be affiliated to any organisation! So come along and join us... there's some great prizes up for grabs for the series winners too!
